“ Uniqueness: Signature Duck & Waffle dish with incredible city views Wait Time: *** (Can be a wait without a reservation) Food Quality: ***** (Delicious, especially the signature dish) Service: *** (Good overall, but birthday dessert was tiny) Setting: ***** (Amazing views, stylish bar) Cost: *** (Pricy, but worth it for the experience) Duck & Waffle is a must-visit for the views alone, but the food holds its own too. Their signature duck & waffle dish is fantastic--crispy, savory, and just the right amount of indulgent. The bar is stylish, adding to the upscale experience. There was a bit of a wait since we didn't have a reservation, but that's expected at a place like this. Went for my birthday and got a tiny dessert, which felt underwhelming, but otherwise, the experience was great. Definitely worth a visit! ”
“ Great views of London, and food was great! One of the best meals I had. Have to get the dick and waffle and service was great. ”
“ Stopped here last minute for after dinner drinks and dessert and it was totally worth it. To start the views are amazing of the London skyline and it has a cool subway hip hop style. We ordered 3 desserts ; sticky toffee waffles, a chocolate moose thing, and the most amazing lemon meringue I have ever had. The sticky toffee waffles were interesting I liked the ice cream on the top it wasn't sweet just really rich and creamy which paired well with the super sweet sauce, very tasty and a unique play on a traditional pudding. The chocolate moose wasn't bad but not very memorable. The lemon meringue was utterly delicious; tart lemon and sweet sticky slightly toasted meringue it was the perfect pairing of sweet and tart, refreshing while still hitting the sweet craving. I would honestly come back just for the lemon meringue. The cocktails were also good I had a citrusy one. Despite them being busy and us popping in last minute the staff were friendly and accommodating. Definitely adding to my list of places to return in London. ”
“ My favourite place, best place for Brunch with family and also dinner for the first date! Staff was very kind, Food on the next level! Favourite place in London ”
“ Duck & Waffle is a must-visit! The views from the 40th floor are absolutely stunning and set the tone for a memorable experience. The food is outstanding--especially the signature Duck & Waffle dish. The crispy duck leg, fluffy waffle, and mustard maple syrup make the perfect combo of sweet and savory. We also loved the bacon-wrapped dates and the spicy ox cheek doughnut--so unique and flavorful! The service was top-notch: friendly, attentive, and helpful with recommendations. Plus, being open 24/7 makes it great for any time of day. Amazing food, incredible views, and excellent service--Duck & Waffle is a London gem ”
“ I went to London for the very first time this November and while I was there, I went to duck and waffle twice My first time was night one when I could not sleep due to the time difference from LA to London I knew duck and waffle was a 24 hour eatery and I decided to check it out With no reservation and it being two in the morning, I took a stroll and asked the hostess. If she could see me she said it would've been a 10 minute wait and showed me to the bar. Shortly after the host took me to my table the place was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The views were immaculate being 40 feet up while most of London slept. My first time there, I was limited to their late night menu given that it was two in the morning, so all their options were available I ordered the date, the cheesy polenta the crème brûlée Frois gras, Colombian eggs, which I ended up taking to go and their plum crumble dessert Even for it being their late night, menu quality was immaculate. Taste was amazing and it became my new hyper fixation that I couldn't wait to go back. For my last meal, I went here for lunch, which was a little bit more difficult to get a reservation prior I attempted to book online with no avail and then it ended up calling their number to speak to somebody and get a 1 PM reservation I showed up a bit early and they were able to accommodate my seats 30 minutes before my reservation time which was nice this time because I showed up during the daytime. My menu options weren't limited. Given it was my first of the day and last meal in London, I was able to order a bit more than I normally would have I ordered their cappuccino. They're non-alcoholic cherry velvet drizzle drink, of course the date. I also ordered their octopus and their pork belly. Again, no complaints. Everything was delicious. I was so sad to be leaving London and not have duck and waffle so I opted to purchase their cookbook for both myself and a friend of mine who is in the culinary industry. I cannot recommend duck and waffle enough. ”
“ Truly enjoyed the spectacular view from the restaurant located on the 40th floor! We celebrated our anniversary at this beautiful restaurant which is very accessible by public transportation. It has its own elevator going up directly to its floor and the ride was fun and quick. We went in mid-November and the Christmas decorations made it extra romantic. We got lucky to be seated immediately without reservation since it was a very late lunch/early dinner. When we left, the restaurant was filled up with people having dinners or drinks by the bar. Would recommend making reservations since the restaurant isn't huge. Note that it is open 24/7 which is a bonus! Service was quick and attentive! Food was great. The duck was crispy. We got to see the city from daylight to night which was perfect. Would highly recommend this restaurant especially if you are visiting London the first time and/or celebrating a special occasion. ”
“ Came here for lunch with my friends and had an absolutely amazing meal. The service was fantastic- everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout our meal. The views from the restaurant were so beautiful - you could see much of the city and looks out towards the water. The restaurant itself is also very clean and nicely decorated - perfect for date night or just some sort of fancy dinner. The food and drinks were all delicious! I would highly recommend the Foie Gras Crème Brulee and the Caramelized Banana Waffles. They were absolute treats to die for. The house bread is also worth a try and the beef tartar was very well seasoned. The famous Duck and Waffle did not disappoint!! I would highly recommend their cocktails and mocktails - we asked the server for recommendations and all got drinks that we loved! Would highly recommend for a nicer, fancier meal out!! ”
“ First time staying in London, and we were tired of just getting hotel breakfast every morning. My friend looked up this spot through google, and we decided to go, which was the best decision to make! It's in a cool building downtown on the 40th floor, with an amazing view of the city all around! The food was outstanding!! I had the Duck & Waffle with maple mustard syrup, with a side of fancy hash browns. The duck was cooked to perfection, crisp and rich all at the same time, with a perfectly sized fluffy half waffle to pair it with. I would definitely come back here to try everything else, as well as take in the views and the casual ambience ”
